Welcome to Garden Essentials. Garden Essentials provides access to the Garden Essentials website (the “website”) and sells our products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page.
Please read these conditions carefully before using Garden Essentials. By using the Garden Essentials website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
Our Contract with You
On placing your order with us via the website or by phone and on receipt of payment we will send you an email confirming receipt of the order and containing details of the order. Your order represents an offer by you to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an e-mail to confirm dispatch of the goods.
Availability and Pricing
We list availability of products supplied by us on our website including the product detail page. Beyond what is listed on the website we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order we will inform you by e-mail if any products turn out to be unavailable.
Prices are verified before dispatch. If an item is found to be mispriced and the correct price is lower than the amount charged to you we will charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a products correct price is greater than the price listed on the website, we will, at our discretion either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel the order and notify you of our actions by e-mail.
All prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT which is charged at 20%.
Delivery Costs
The delivery charge is added to your order when you reach the check out stage and you will see the total due for payment before you have to pay.

To make payment for your order you will be directed to the WorldPay’s secure website where you will be able to pay by the following methods: Mastercard, JCB, Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit or Visa Electron. Garden Essentials only accepts payment in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Guarantee and Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will exchange or refund in full, excluding any carriage, provided that the items are returned within 14 days, unused and in their original condition. Any packaging should also be in the same condition as when received.
If you return the goods because the product was ordered incorrectly or clothing does not fit then you will pay the postage costs to return the goods. You will also be charged for the postage costs for any replacement goods supplied.
Where an item has been delivered and turns out to be faulty or damaged we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us.
Before returning any purchases you should contact our customer services department to obtain a returns number. If you returning faulty damaged goods please confirm with us first as we will only refund the basic postage charge.
